Key Responsibilities

Liaise between the Agency and the Client
Manage and grow agency clientele by managing existing clients and looking for new business opportunities within and outside current clients.
Develop and implement marketing strategies; create and execute strategic marketing plans to achieve client goals.
Oversee the execution of marketing campaigns and projects, including timelines and budgets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, promptly addressing any concerns or issues.
Coordinate with internal teams; work closely with all cross-functional teams to ensure successful campaign execution.
Analyze campaign performance by evaluating the effectiveness of campaigns/projects and provide insights for improvement.
Lead team for pitch and other presentations
Work closely with the finance team to ensure a healthy top and bottom line.

Key Requirements

Candidates should possess Bachelor’s Degrees
Candidate should have at least 5 – 8 years of experience working in Experiential marketing or Advertising, with a proven track record of successfully managing and growing client relationships.
Possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Have the ability to understand client needs and deliver on them.
Have a strong entrepreneurial drive with a proven track record of growing top line and bottom line.
