Description:

Maintains extensive knowledge of current market conditions.
Work with team to develop proposals that speaks to the client’s needs, concerns, and objectives.
Set up meetings between client decision makers and company’s leaders/Directors [where necessary].
Participate in pricing the solution/service, negotiates and closes business deals.
Generate Request For Quotation (RFQ), Purchase Orders (PO) and work orders.
Effectively manage each customer account to ensure sales targets are fully achieved
Prepare Tender.
Manage existing clients and ensuring they stay satisfied and positive.
Prospect  for and acquire new, financially viable, high volume clients.
Gathers intelligence on upcoming projects, projects that have been tendered for and tender/bid opening to support decision making as regards to contracts and wins.
Develop cordial relationships with clients, decision makers within clients organization, project owners in the Oil and gas industry such as NAPIMS (NNPC), DPR, IOC’s, EPC companies to facilitate proposed and ongoing project to ensure award of contracts.

Candidates must possess the following skills and qualification. 

Strong Communication skills(Oral&written)
Business suave
Critical Thinking/Analytical Skills.
Creative talents and ability to solve tough problems
In-depth knowledge in the industry and its current events.
Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
Skills in prioritizing obligations.
Negotiation skill.

QUALIFICATION

A degree in Management Sciences, social sciences or Engineering.
At least three years proven track record of handling similar job role in an oil servicing firm.
Proven ability to drive sales process.
A good team player and smart.
