Senior Business Development & Sales Executive

Responsibilities
Business Development & Lead Generation:

Identify and research potential clients and market segments.
Generate leads through networking, cold calling, attending industry events, and utilizing online resources.
Qualify leads and assess their potential for business opportunities.
Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline.

Sales & Account Management:

Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
Negotiate and close deals, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
Manage and grow existing key accounts.

Strategic Planning & Market Analysis:

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
Provide feedback to management on market conditions and customer needs.

Reporting & Administration:

Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM system.
Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts.
Participate in sales meetings and contribute to team discussions.
Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).

Collaboration:

Work closely with marketing, product development, and other departments to ensure alignment and achieve business objectives.
Collaborate with technical teams to ensure proper handover and successful implementation of solutions.
Participate in cross-functional teams to improve processes and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree qualification.
