Senior Business Development Officer Customer Service Officer (Call Center)

Summary:

As the Senior business development Officer, your primary responsibilities will be to collaborate with the Business Development Manager in developing business and marketing strategies and provide market analysis. You will be responsible for ensuring that business performance targets align with the company’s overall strategy, values, and culture.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute comprehensive plans for the company’s expansion and business development, identifying new markets and growth opportunities.
Lead the formulation, execution, and monitoring of business development strategies for market penetration and sustained business growth.
Identify potential clients and formulate targeted sales strategies to acquire new accounts, focusing on high-potential prospects.
Provide access to IOCs and NOCs within the industry, and identify upcoming opportunities based on market trends and regulatory shifts.
Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, develop and implement sales activity plans with clear objectives for outreach and relationship-building.
Identify and acquire new partners (OEMs, technical partners), while managing relationships with existing partners and negotiating mutually beneficial contracts.

Requirements:

A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
A Master’s degree (e.g., MBA) is a plus.
Proficiency in MS Access, MS Excel, and MS Office
Networking, public speaking, client management
