Job Summary:
The ideal candidate will provide top-tier support for enterprise application-related issues while collaborating with cross-functional teams to automate workflows, optimize deployments, and maintain system uptime.
Primary duties & responsibilities:
Provide 2nd and 3rd-level support for enterprise applications, ensuring timely resolution of incidents and service requests.
Monitor application performance and proactively identify potential issues or areas for improvement.
Design, develop, and implement CI/CD pipelines.
Manage and monitor cloud infrastructure (Azure, AWS or GCP).
Automate infrastructure deployment using tools like Terraform, Ansible, or similar.
Maintain system reliability and performance through monitoring and alerting tools.
Collaborate with software development and IT teams to streamline deployment processes.
Ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards.
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including standard operating procedures, application workflows, and troubleshooting guides.
Perform other duties as assigned.
