The Security Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the safety and security operations within the venue (club, lounge, restaurant).
This role involves ensuring a safe environment for guests, employees, and property by supervising security personnel, enforcing policies, responding to incidents, and working with management to maintain high levels of safety and service.
The Security Supervisor is a key figure in crisis management and must maintain a visible presence to deter inappropriate behavior while providing support to staff and guests.
