Job Description
The Patrol Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing security patrols, ensuring the safety of personnel, assets, and properties.
The role requires vigilance, coordination, and a proactive approach to security management.
Responsibilities
Supervise security patrol teams and ensure adherence to security protocols.
Conduct routine patrols and spot checks to maintain security standards.
Respond to security incidents and coordinate with relevant authorities.
Train and mentor security personnel on patrol techniques and emergency response.
Maintain accurate records of patrol activities and incidents.
Requirements
Minimum of an HND/Bachelor’s degree in Security Management or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in a supervisory role within security operations.
Strong knowledge of security procedures and incident management.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Physical fitness and the ability to work flexible hours.
