Security Officer

Overview:

We are seeking a responsible and vigilant Security Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will ensure the safety and security of people, property, and premises by monitoring, patrolling, and enforcing security measures.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and authorize the entry and exit of personnel and vehicles.
Conduct regular patrols to ensure the security of assigned premises.
Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, and emergencies, ensuring proper action is taken.
Observe and report suspicious activities or security breaches.
Maintain accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and irregularities.
Provide excellent customer service while interacting with staff, visitors, and clients.
Enforce access control policies and verify identification badges when required.
Operate surveillance equipment, including CCTV systems, and report any malfunctions.
Assist in emergency situations such as evacuations or medical incidents.
Comply with company policies and legal regulations regarding security protocols.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in security or a related field is preferred.
Strong observational and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to remain calm and act decisively in high-pressure situations.
