JOB DESCRIPTIONOur client, a leading provider of maritime services to a multinational clientele in Nigeria, seeks to appoint a:The RoleReporting to the Admin Manager, you will be responsible for:
• Providing clerical and admin support • Maintain all office administrative and operational records • Receive and maintain active records of visitors • Answer phones and transfer to the appropriate staff member • Receive, sort and distribute incoming mails • Develop and maintain office filing and storage systems • Type documents, reports and correspondences • Supervise and maintain good office hygiene and cleanliness
JOB REQUIREMENTS
• OND or secretarial certification • Computer literate with good internet usage skills • Prior relevant work experience will be an added advantage • Simple book keeping and administrative ability is required Preferably candidates should reside within Apapa and its Environs
