Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and highly organized female Secretary to manage the day-to-day administrative tasks, support executives, and help ensure smooth operations within the office.
Responsibilities
Manage and organize calendars, appointments, and meetings.
Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations.
Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional manner.
Maintain office records and files.
Assist in organizing company events and meetings.
Ensure the office environment remains organized and efficient.
Requirements
Candidates should possess a High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualification as an administrative assistant or office management is a plus.
Proven experience as a secretary or administrative assistant.
Must be female
Should be 28-30 yrs of Age
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
