Secretary

Job Summary

We are recruiting for an experienced secretary to support the Chairman in its day-to-day activities by providing administrative services and being his first point of contact both internally and externally.

Job Requirements

Candidate must be a graduate with at least three (3) years experience as a personal assistant, executive assistant, or Secretary
Must be very good at Excel excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Key Competencies:

Act as the point of contact between the chairman and internal/external clients
Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
Handle requests and queries appropriately
Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments
Make travel arrangements
Take dictation and minutes
Produce reports, presentations and briefs
High level of analytical and critical thinking skills
High level of organization and results-oriented
Ability to organize, plan, and strategize
Great networking abilities
Availability to work extra hours.
