Secretary

Responsibilities

Organizing and servicing meetings (producing agendas and taking minutes)
Answering telephone calls, maintaining diaries & managing databases
Handling correspondence & arranging appointments
Liaising with relevant organisations
Coordinating mail-shots and similar publicity tasks

Required Skills & Qualifications

Graduate of Secretariat studies from any recognise institution
Interpersonal skills, communication skills, team-working skills, time management, decision making and problem solving skills
