Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and versatile School Operations Manager to support the Director in various capacities, including project management, accounting, marketing, and communication.
The ideal candidate will be proactive, well-organized, and possess excellent interpersonal skills to effectively manage diverse responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities
Project Management:

Assist the Director in planning, executing, and monitoring school projects, ensuring alignment with institutional goals.
Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and document minutes to facilitate effective decision-making.
Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure successful project outcomes.

Accounting and Financial Management:

Oversee general accounting functions, including budgeting, financial reporting, and compliance with relevant regulations.
Prepare financial statements and assist in audits to maintain financial transparency and integrity.
Develop and implement financial strategies to optimize resource allocation and support school initiatives.

Marketing and Communication:

Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote the school’s programs and enhance its public image.
Manage internal and external communications, including newsletters, social media, and press releases.
Engage with stakeholders to build and maintain positive relationships with the school community.

Administrative Support:

Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Director, including scheduling meetings and managing correspondence.
Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required for strategic planning and decision-making.
Assist in organizing school events and activities to foster community engagement and support institutional objectives.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in administrative roles, with a focus on project management, accounting, marketing, and communication.

Skills:

Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Creative thinking with a strategic approach to marketing and problem-solving.
Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
