Job Summary:
We seek a proactive Graduate from Engineer Trainee (GET) to support our SAP Finance team, specializing in S/4HANA Cash Management and Treasury solutions. The successful candidate will receive structured training and mentorship to develop expertise in key business processes encompassing banking operations, liquidity management, and cash flow, as well as their configuration and enhancement within the SAP S/4HANA framework.
Oversee and manage a range of critical tasks to ensure operational excellence, including coordinating project timelines, allocating resources efficiently, and maintaining strict adherence to established guidelines. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive project success, identify potential risks, and implement proactive solutions to mitigate challenges. Monitor progress through regular assessments, provide timely updates to stakeholders, and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Ensure all deliverables meet high-quality standards and align with organizational objectives while staying within budgetary and time constraints.
Provide support for the deployment, setup, and maintenance of SAP S/4HANA Cash Management modules.
Acquire practical experience with Cash Positioning, Liquidity Forecasting, Bank Account Management (BAM), and Bank Communication Management (BCM).
Provide assistance to business users regarding daily cash operations, bank reconciliations, and liquidity analysis.
Engage actively in the validation of data, the execution of testing protocols, and the facilitation of user training initiatives throughout the phases of system implementation or enhancement efforts.
Collaborate effectively with Finance, Treasury, and IT teams to capture detailed business requirements and develop comprehensive functional specifications.
Assist in the configuration and deployment of Fiore applications specifically designed for Cash Management, such as Manage Bank Accounts, Cash Position, Liquidity Forecast, and Bank Statement Monitor.
Support the management of master data, including house banks, bank accounts, and business partners, while ensuring seamless integration with related modules such as Financial Accounting (FI), Controlling (CO), and Treasury Management (TRM).
Conduct comprehensive system testing, including unit, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT), while developing detailed test documentation to ensure thorough validation and compliance with specifications.
Provide support for treasury dashboards by contributing to reporting and analytics processes through SAP Fiore and embedded analytics tools.
Proven expertise in relevant technical and soft skills, with a strong ability to apply knowledge effectively in practical settings. Demonstrated proficiency in key competencies required for the role, ensuring adaptability and efficiency in meeting organizational objectives. Excellent communication and teamwork capabilities, coupled with a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
Demonstrated foundational knowledge of financial management, accounting principles, and treasury operations is essential.
Proficiency in ERP systems is required, with a preference for experience using SAP.

Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills are also required. Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure and version control systems like Git is preferred.
