SAP Support Officer

DESCRIPTION

Ensure the requests highlighted by users are recorded in the tracker instantly and monitored
Understand the issues and provide a timely response to the users within the defined SLA
Ensure that the SLA is adhered to for each request.
Analyse the request, check the feasibility, and take timely action.
Communicate any issue that could not be resolved to the third party consultant immediate at a regular follow up should be ensured.
Check issues that has been transferred to third party consultant in QS4 (Quality Server) testing to ensure that the unit test document is prepared.
Before moving any TR to production, ensure that the UAT confirmation is obtained from the business users.
Post moving TR to production, ensure that the issue is resolved, and user can perform the activity without issues and get confirmation from user.
Ensure that users are comfortable in the daily routine process for their respective modules.
Ensure all the new users are well trained before been are put on the job.

REQUIREMENT

Minimum of BSc./BA/HND in any relevant field of study.
Data entry training & certification will be an added advantage.
4 to 8 years of hands-on SAP experience.
Proven experience managing and configuring ERP softwares.
Strong knowledge of SAP implementation.
High attention to detail and strong numerical skills.
Good Knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools
Effective Communication SkillĀ 
Excellent team leadership ability
Client relations management ability
