We are currently on the search for a Lagos-based Salon Manager to work from our first permanent store and salon location in Ikoyi, Lagos.

Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Managing the day-to-day operations in the salon and analyzing results
Managing salon staff + timetables
Managing the salon booking process + ensuring client satisfaction
Aiding in developing new structures and processes
Assisting in executing KA sales + marketing strategy
Liaising + networking with a range of stakeholders: senior management, suppliers, colleagues + partner organizations,
Job Summary
In summary, the main aim of the role is to ensure the smooth running of our salon, addressing / troubleshoot problems as they arise, manage staff and effectively communicate store activities to the Founder and other seniors. management.

Previous experience managing a salon or retail team (we will follow up on references)

Schedules:
This is A Full-Time, in-Person Position
5 Days/Week based in Ikoyi.
Ability to work weekend shifts required, including some Sunday afternoon shifts.
Requirements
Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree / HND qualification with at least 2 years work experience.
