Sales Van Driver Administrative Officer

Job Summary

The Sales Van Driver is responsible for the transportation and direct sales of company products to customers while ensuring excellent customer service.
This role involves managing deliveries, handling cash transactions, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring the van is in good working condition.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver and sell company products to assigned routes/customers.
Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance sales.
Collect payments, issue receipts, and maintain accurate sales records.
Ensure timely and efficient delivery of products to customers.
Load and unload products, ensuring proper handling and stock arrangement.
Conduct routine vehicle checks and report any maintenance issues.
Ensure the van is stocked with sufficient inventory before leaving the warehouse.

Requirements

OND, SSCE / GCE / NECO qualification with 1 – 2 years experience
A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Previous experience in sales and/or delivery driving is an advantage.
Good knowledge of local routes and road safety regulations.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Handling and lifting of goods.
Basic record-keeping and reporting skills.
