As a Team Lead you should be able to develop and implement strategies that will not only increase the brands awareness but increase revenue as a result. You should also have proven experience of generating revenue within a terrain and maximising oportunities as well as strategically creating them through business development QUALIFICATION 3- 5 years in a sales environment with proven track record Ability to implement key selling techniques Excellent communication skills (both written and oral) Excellent Presentation Skills – demonstrating how to deliver to medium to large groups An accreditation in Marketing, Project Management would be an advantage Excellent Stakeholder Management Skills
