Sales Team Lead

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and market expansion.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, fostering strong relationships with potential clients.
Collaborate with the marketing team to execute lead generation campaigns and increase brand visibility.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies within the sales team.
Provide regular reports and analysis of sales performance, market trends, and opportunities.
Conduct training sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales team.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field.
Proven experience in sales within the FX and CFD brokerage industry.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
In-depth knowledge of financial markets, trading products, and industry regulations.
Results-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
