Sales Team Lead

Job Description

The Sales Team Lead role is designed and created to achieve maximum sales profitability, growth and market penetration, within an assigned territory and/or market segment by effectively selling the company’s products to customers.

Responsibilities

Ensure proper and proactive handling of the sales activities and ensure that all the sales staff are guided optimally.
Promoting company ICT goods and services to existing and prospective clients.
Coordinate the onboarding of application users.
Following up with clients to ensure satisfaction with ICT goods and services purchased, arranging modifications and resolving any problems arising.
Analyse the territory/markets potentials, track sales and status reports.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Implement direct marketing methods to increase profitability.
Achieve agreed sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
Answering any technical questions, the client might have.
Presenting findings to the technical team to act on.
Answering any technical questions, the client might have.
Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports.

Qualifications and Training Required

B.Sc or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Social Science.
Professional qualification
Certificate of proficiency in Marketing or any relevant field

Experience:

Minimum of Five years’ experience is required.

Required Skills:

Not less than 5 years experience, with a minimum of 2 years as a direct sales person.
Possess good driving skill with a valid driving license and LASDRI license.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Good understanding of Lagos routes.
Strong Planning and Time Management Skills.
Proven work experience as a Sales specialist.
Outside sales experience.
