Role
The role is designed to foster relationships and to retain more profitable business by assisting the sales team as well as aid in logistics tracking and ensuring new and existing vendors receive the highest level of service and support.
Responsibilities
Manage the Company’s interactions with Vendors and End Users
Take inbound service related calls and overflow account management calls
Initiate outbound calls as needed to assist the sales team in the organization of their pipeline
Provide support to the sales team by relieving them of administrative work including but not limited to, application entry, price quotations, information input, generating lease documentation, and product training
Evaluate the vendors needs during every call to ensure they understand the process; programs and products
Provide exceptional customer service, on demand trainings and schedule formal training if applicable
Work as a liaison between approved Vendors, Sales Reps, Credit and Lease Processing teams
Ensure all processing turn times are being met including securing outstanding documentation
Provide management with Vendor feedback on inefficiencies in the current process and competitive information.
Skills & Requirements Skills, Knowledge and Characteristics:
Bachelor’s Degree
2 years of experience in a Service or Sales environment, as well as logistics
Engaging and customer friendly with desire to help
Good business acumen
Strong negotiation skills and persuasiveness
Detail Oriented
Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
Solid written and verbal communication skills
