Job Profile:
Markets ,promotes and sells Products in the territory assigned and supervises all sales and marketing activities.
Key Responsibilities:

Sales Management to achieve total sales, collection and product  targets 
Stock Management by supervision and control of request, transfers, returns, stock taking and reconciliation, and tally cards update.
Team Management by supervision and control of activities of sales teams/reps and updating and reconciling debtors ledgers
Customer Management by developing core customers, relationships with key Distributors, prospecting and developing new customers
Management on all promotional activities by Planning, budgeting, co-ordinating, implementing, evaluating and ensuring response.
Co-ordinating all TV and Radio adverts and reviewing performance in line with strategy
Debt  Management by ensuring collection within credit period and debtor ledgers reconciled with ageing
HR Management by training ,evaluating, appraising, motivating, problem solving in co-ordination with management

Performance Measures / Success criteria

Sales and Collection Performance
Distribution, lead time of supply, Customer satisfaction and Variance.
Team /Sites Performance and Reports
Market penetration and Market share increase and reduction I customer complaints and increase in compliments
Increase in Sales for products promoted
Performance of advertised products
Collection Performance and level of PD cheques and Returned cheques

Requirement

A Degree with emphasis on marketing or business.
Excellent English and good computer skills.
Be computer literate especially in Microsoft Power point, Excel, and Word. 
Posses a valid driver’s licence with at least 1 year experience
Good communication skill and interpersonal skill
Confident, aggressive, dynamic and innovative in character
Ability to work unsupervised or independently
Be a team player and have leadership skills
