Sales / Store Manager (Luxury Apparel Brand)

Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Mid-Level Sales Manager to join our luxury brand team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales professionals, driving sales growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement sales strategies and tactics to achieve revenue targets.
Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing sales team.
Coach and mentor sales representatives to enhance their skills and performance.
Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement.
Conduct regular sales team meetings and provide feedback.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
Negotiate contracts and close deals with high-net-worth individuals.
Ensure adherence to sales processes and procedures.
Provide leadership and support to the sales team.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the luxury industry.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading high-performing sales teams.
Strong understanding of the luxury market and the needs of high-net-worth individuals.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Self-motivated and results-oriented.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Additional Skills (Preferred):

Experience with CRM software.
Knowledge of luxury brand marketing and branding strategies.
Fluency in multiple languages.
