Job description for Sales/Service & CRM Administrator:

Responsible for the input, and upkeep of the Customer Relationship Management tool
Submit and follow up on all standard quotations, in coordination with sales engineers and Key Account Managers.
Preparing and updating sales reports
Manage the sales orders processing from customer order placement, follow up on delivery, coordination with logistics, and delivery to customer.
Create and administer customer folders, by filing all relevant documents and history (RFQ’s, Final Quotes, , Purchase orders, delivery notes, invoices, and payment confirmations)
Act as the contract administrator, and handle all communication with customers, after order placement, until final payment.
Ensure that all deliveries are handled in line with customers policies.
Control the invoicing process, and follow up until payment is received
Communicate with sales and management, to report any challenges related to deliveries and payments.
Responsible for the Industrial Brochures library, and make sure that all catalogues are up-to-date with the minimum quantities.
Support the Service Team, in planning the maintenance contract, service visits/plans, and spare parts allocation.
