Sales Representative / Marketer Architectural Engineer

Job Overview

As a Sales Representative at our interior/architectural design company, you will be responsible for driving sales, building relationships with clients, and promoting our services in the commercial and residential design sectors. Your role will focus on identifying new business opportunities, managing client accounts, and providing solutions tailored to customer needs in the design industry.

Key Responsibilities
Client Acquisition & Relationship Building:

Identify and prospect new clients within the target market (architects, interior designers, contractors, developers, real estate professionals, etc.).
Develop and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients to foster long-term business partnerships.
Conduct meetings with potential clients, present company portfolio and design capabilities, and understand their specific needs.
Network with industry professionals to generate new business leads and opportunities.

Sales & Revenue Generation:

Achieve sales targets and objectives by promoting the company’s design services, solutions, and products.
Create and deliver tailored proposals, quotes, and presentations to clients.
Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with clients to close sales deals successfully.
Follow up on leads and inquiries, ensuring prompt and professional communication.

Collaboration with Design and Project Teams:

Work closely with the design and project management teams to ensure client requirements and expectations are met.
Provide clients with regular project updates and ensure their satisfaction throughout the design process.
Coordinate between clients and design teams to resolve any concerns or issues in a timely manner.

Market Research & Industry Trends:

Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to provide informed sales strategies and recommendations.
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and potential clients within the industry.

Sales Reporting & Administration:

Track and report on sales performance, lead conversion rates, and project progress.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the company’s CRM system.
Provide regular reports to management on sales activities, progress toward goals, and forecasted sales.

Qualifications & Skills
Education:

A Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field is preferred.

Experience:

2+ years of experience in sales, preferably within the interior design, architecture, or construction industries.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing new business.

Skills:

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build relationships and understand client needs.
Knowledge of interior design or architectural trends and products.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
