Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company’s products, their formulations, benefits and target markets.
Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities while consistently achieving or surpassing sales target.
Provide tailored recommendations to clients, ensuring optimal product selection based on individual needs and preferences.
Cultivate and sustain strong, long- term relationships with key accounts, including salons, retailers, and distributors.
Conduct regular analysis of industry trends, competitor products, and customer preferences to inform strategic sales initiatives.
Oversee to the end to end order process, ensuring accurate order processing, timely delivery, and effective resolution to issues.
Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market feedback, providing regular performance.
Requirements
Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree with 1 – 3 years of experience.
