Sales Representative and Area Manager

Job Summary

Highly motivated and result-driven Area Sales Manager and Sales Representatives to oversee sales and distribution in South- South, South East, South West, North Central and Abuja.
The ideal candidates will have a proven track record of delivering sales volumes across the entire value chain,from distributors to retailers, coupled with exceptional customer service skills and in debt knowledge of the territory.
The position is a Regional Sales Manager role North Central (Kogi, Niger, Nasarawa, Benue, FCT)

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive volumes growth and achieve sales targets across the region of residence stated above.
Manage the distribution network, ensuring optimal product availability and visibility in all retail outlets.
Establish and maintain strong relationship with distributors, retailers and key accounts to enhance collaborations and support sales initiatives.
Conduct regular market assessment to identify trends, opportunities and competitive activity, utilizing insight to refine sales strategies.
Lead and mentor a team of sales representatives, providing training and support to enhance their performance and achieve collective goals.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and maintaining open lines of communication with clients.
Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports for management, analyzing data to identify areas of improvement.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
Area Manager minimum of 5 years experience in sales management, preferably within FMCG (snacks) sectors
For Sales Representatives 2-3 years experience in sales with FMCG(Snacks) sector.
Strong knowledge of the regions stated above.
Must be resident in any of the following regions, South- South,SouthEast, SouthWest,North Central and Abuja.
Excellent communication, negotiations and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast paced environment.

Salaries and Benefit

Salary Area Manager: N200,000 and above and performance based incentives.
Sales Representative: N150,000 and above and performance based incentives.
