Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Client Engagement:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
Identify customer needs and recommend suitable luxury leather products.
Meet or exceed sales targets through proactive engagement and follow-ups.
Inventory & Financial Management:
Use QuickBooks to manage inventory, process invoices, and handle financial transactions.
Prepare accurate sales and financial reports using QuickBooks.
Market Awareness:
Stay updated on luxury market trends, competitors, and customer preferences.
Provide feedback on product performance and customer demand to guide future collections.
Team Collaboration:
Coordinate with the marketing and design teams to support promotional campaigns.
Contribute to team goals and assist in developing strategies to boost sales.
Requirements:
Proven experience in a sales role, preferably in the luxury goods sector.
Proficiency in QuickBooks for financial and inventory management.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
A passion for luxury products and an eye for detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
