RESPONSIBILITIES
Efficiently, develop, direct and coordinate marketing/sales activities and policies to achieve the company’s business strategies.
Actively sell products to existing and prospective customers.
Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
Achieve sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
Coordinate sales efforts with fellow sales representatives.
Supply management with monthly reports on sales achievements, customer needs, market competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.
Continuously improve through training and feedback.
REQUIREMENT
University degree in any discipline.
Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills.
Sales experience desirable but not essential.
Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales desirable.
Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs.
Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills.
