Job Description
We are looking to employ a sales-driven and customer-oriented Sales Officer to oversee a geographical area and determine the most effective solutions to increase company secondary sales, ensure revenue growth, and expand our customer base.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company objectives within the assigned area.
Identify new business opportunities and establish relationships with potential customers, retailers, distributors, and other stakeholders.
Meet sales targets by effectively managing and guiding the sales team.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to track progress and optimize strategies.
Resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner.
Prepare and present regular reports on sales activities, market trends, and competitor analysis to management.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
At least one experience in sales, willing to grow career in sales
Strong leadership and motivational skills to guide and support the sales team.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Sound knowledge of sales techniques, customer relationship management, and market analysis.
Ability to travel within the designated area to meet clients and oversee sales activities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
