Sales Representative

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business leads, building relationships with existing customers, and promoting our manufacturing company’s products to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers to increase sales and customer loyalty.
Conduct sales calls, product demonstrations, and presentations to customers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions.
Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our manufacturing company’s products and services.
Promote our products and services to customers, highlighting their features, benefits, and value proposition.
Develop and implement sales plans and strategies to achieve sales targets.
Identify and prioritize sales opportunities, and develop targeted sales approaches.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, reports, and databases.
Submit sales reports and forecasts to management on a regular basis.
Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and other events to promote our products and services.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including customer service, technical support, and operations, to ensure customer needs are met.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 2-3 years of sales experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
Proven track record of sales success and achievement of sales targets.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong product knowledge and technical skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to travel (up to 30%) to meet customers and attend trade shows and events.
