Be knowledgeable about the product
Identify prospective customers, lead generation and conversion
Contact new and existing customers to discuss needs
Emphasize the features of products to highlight how they solve customer problems
Answer questions about the products
Negotiate prices and terms and prepare sales agreements
Collaborate with colleagues in many different sectors
Maintain contact lists and follow up with customers to continue relationships
The job role is the administration of sales and distribution of products.
Liaise with vendors on purchase and delivery prices.
Issue invoices to vendors, follow up with payments and account reconciliation.
Analyze and maintain operational data.
Marketing and sales of assigned products.
Monitor product inventory.
Ensure proper storage and preservation of products.
Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure excellent service delivery.
Requirements and skills
Proven work experience as a Sales Representative
Excellent knowledge of MS Office
Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills
Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
