Location: Saka Tinubu, Lagos Department: Commercial Job Type: Permanent Responsibilities The Sales Performance Officer will be responsible for the following:
Enforce adherence to all sales related processes from lead creation to service handover so as to maintain accurate customer database.
Pre-qualification of closed sales to ensure that contract terms align with information on Salesforce.
Quick resolution of daily simple salesforce issues
Liaise with IT to assist salesforce users when there are IT related issues.
Ensures timely resolution of all sales support issues
Tracking of changes to sales values after initial pricing approval. Unlocks opportunities for changes, confirms changes and locks opportunity.
Weekly tracking of payment status for all “unbooked” sales.
Ensures that customer products are created for all new services upon handover by the provisioning Team.
Reviews and validates customer information to ensure integrity of data on Salesforce after customer product creation.
Prepare monthly Revenue report and share with Financial Planning, Credit Control, Operations Support and other stakeholders.
Forecasts sales pipeline for the monthly Shareholders’ report.
Qualifications, Skills & Competencies Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
At least one (1) year of relevant experience.
Competencies:
High level of integrity and professionalism, especially in dealing with confidential information.
Excellent analytical skills.
Impeccable attention to detail
Proficiency in MS Office
Very good with numbers and calculations
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
