Job Details
Assist with the preparation and submission of precise RFQs (Request for Quotation) to customers.
Gather and compile relevant data from cross-functional teams, including engineering and production departments, to finalize Requests for Quotation (RFQs).
Track RFQ statuses within the CRM/ERP system and maintain accurate records, ensuring timely updates and follow-ups with customers as necessary.
Efficiently process customer orders by entering accurate data into the company’s ERP system.
Review all order information meticulously to confirm complete adherence to the Request for Quotation specifications and established contractual terms with customers.
Collaborate with production and logistics teams to verify order timelines and ensure alignment with delivery schedules.
Provide timely updates regarding order statuses to both customers and internal stakeholders.
Respond to customer inquiries regarding RFQs, orders, and general product information in a timely and professional manner.
Resolve routine customer service inquiries while promptly elevating any unresolved or intricate customer concerns to senior team members or management for further assistance.
Document all customer communications to ensure a comprehensive historical record for future consultation and follow-up.
Deliver precise product details and current order status information to customers in a timely manner.
Maintain precise documentation of Requests for Quotation (RFQs), purchase orders, and all related communications within the CRM/ERP systems.
Compile standardized reports detailing sales activities, RFQ results, and the efficiency of order fulfillment processes.
Provide administrative assistance to the sales team by coordinating meetings, managing documentation, and developing presentations as required.
Support data entry and data cleaning initiatives to ensure accuracy and efficiency in all datasets.
Must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, with at least 5 years of hands-on experience in software development. Familiarity with programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++ is essential, along with expertise in frameworks like Spring or Django. A solid understanding of algorithms, data structures, and software design principles is required. Strong problem-solving abilities and proficiency in debugging are also necessary. Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams are a must. Candidates should demonstrate a proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions.
A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related discipline is strongly preferred.
Candidates must possess a proven track record in administrative or customer service capacities, demonstrating relevant hands-on experience in these fields.
Proficient in utilizing customer relationship management (CRM) platforms, including Salesforce and HubSpot, among others.
