Functional Responsibilities
Your duties shall include but not limited to the following:

Reach to customers and build relationship
Develop your markets
Oversee the general operations of the Pharmacy
Understand the needs of our business customers
Research the market and related products
Listen to customer requirements and present appropriately to make a sale
Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails
Cold call to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business
Check the quantities of goods on display and in stock
Make appropriate deliveries on time
Follow policies for distribution of marketing material and samples
Develop and maintain a positive business climate
Submit reports and paperwork accurately and on time
Maintain a professional, business-like appearance at all times
Manage stock levels
Prepare purchase orders for OTC items, and ensure approval of purchase orders
Prepare purchase requisitions/notifications for prescription items
Supervise physical delivery of items and receive items on the system
Maintain daily stock records using computerized system
Be responsible for, and check invoices against purchase orders
Prepare monthly reports on adjustments to inventories, spoilt or damaged stock
Price incoming goods accurately and print a goods receipt note with each invoice.
Schedule quarterly and yearly stock count
Stocking and restocking the shelves
Access stock on a monthly basis and identify slow moving items to be discontinued.
Research new products to be added to stock.
Accurately record and remove expired/ spoiled products from the shelves for disposal or return.
Minimize instances of expiration on the shelves by ensure no close dated products are accepted at receipt.
Monitor and correct dispensing and cashing errors in stock
Ensure stock adjustments are printed and signed and reviewed weekly. All downward adjustments are to be authorized by Supervisor.
Ensure the bin locations on the pharmacy floor accurately correspond with locations on the system.
Any other duties that maybe assigned in relation to the function.
Requirements
Our client urgently requires the services of a Sales / Business Developer with a minimum of 3 years’ experience and a Degree or HND in any relevant field.
Candidates who lives around Okota, cele, Festac or other areas and who have worked in similar positions will have an advantage.
