Sales Officer

Key Responsibilities

Proactively seek out and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, and networking.
Establish and nurture strong client relationships to understand their needs and preferences.
Showcase and promote motorcycles and related products to potential customers.
Negotiate pricing and contract terms to successfully close sales deals.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure prompt product delivery.
Monitor sales activities and maintain accurate records using CRM software.
Keep up to date with industry trends and competitor activities.
Participate in trade shows, conferences, and networking events to generate leads and enhance brand visibility.
Provide management with regular reports on sales performance and market insights.

Qualifications and Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in sales roles.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong customer service orientation.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
