Sales Officer

Key Responsibilities

⁠Actively identify and pursue new sales opportunities
⁠Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
⁠Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive offerings.
⁠Build a strong pipeline of leads through cold calls, emails, referrals, and networking.
⁠Educate potential clients about our products and services, highlighting their benefits and unique features.
⁠Provide personalized consultations to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
⁠Address customer queries and concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction and build trust.
⁠Work closely with the Sales Manager and cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals.
⁠Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and progress within the CRM system.
⁠Prepare and present regular sales reports, highlighting achievements, challenges, and strategies for improvement.

Requirements

⁠Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
⁠3-5years of proven experience in sales, preferably in fintech, banking, or financial services.

⁠Skills and Competencies

⁠Strong understanding of financial products and services, including credit and debit card offerings.
⁠Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
⁠Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
⁠Results-driven with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
⁠Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
