Key Responsibilities
Actively identify and pursue new sales opportunities
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive offerings.
Build a strong pipeline of leads through cold calls, emails, referrals, and networking.
Educate potential clients about our products and services, highlighting their benefits and unique features.
Provide personalized consultations to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
Address customer queries and concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction and build trust.
Work closely with the Sales Manager and cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and progress within the CRM system.
Prepare and present regular sales reports, highlighting achievements, challenges, and strategies for improvement.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
3-5years of proven experience in sales, preferably in fintech, banking, or financial services.
Skills and Competencies
Strong understanding of financial products and services, including credit and debit card offerings.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Results-driven with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
