Sales / Marketing Officer Sales Specialist Professional Trainer

Responsibilities

Carryout full circle sales from planning, probing, following up and closing sales from both B2B and B2C customers.
Register our organization as a vendor to International and indigenous oil & gas companies, Telcom, and construction companies
Set sale targets for Lagos branch, define the strategy to achieve these targets and implement the set strategy promptly to deliver expected result.
Set up meetings between client decision makers and company’s practice leaders/Principals.
Acquire new projects/contracts and bids
Increase the turnover of the organization and generate significant income, to an agreed periodic target
Develop winning business proposals, submit proposal to clients and follow up till deals are closed.
Manage the sales process – develop, negotiate and close out contracts and hand over new jobs to the operations team for execution
Participate in tendering process – from bidding, attending pre-tender meetings, submissions and signing contract papers
Generate lead through visit to client’s location/target audience, follow up generated lead to close out sales
Visit NYSC Corps members places of gathering such as NYSC Orientation Camp, CDS, Corpers Lodge etc to market our training services and closeout sales.
Use Linkedin to generate leads, follow up leads until business deal is closed.
Research and analyze new business opportunities by developing and leveraging on both new and existing relationships.

Requirements

Candidates should possess an HND / BSc with 3 – 5 years experience.
