Main Responsibilities
Establishes lasting relationships with clients
Maintains good relationships and consistent communication with clients
Set individual sales targets with sales team
Assist in the development of comprehensive sales strategy to achieve organizational goals and revenues
Participate and develop sales training programs
Control expenses and monitor budget
Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales’ targets
Assist in the forecasting of revenue streams for sales team
Analyze data and information to identify sales opportunities
Collaborate with Programs and Research departments in developing courses to meet the needs in the market.
Requirements
At least 4 years’ experience in Sales and marketing.
Degree in Social sciences. A degree in Marketing, Mass Communication or Business Administration will be an added advantage.
Proven experience in Brand development and management
Experience in marketing and communications.
Strong knowledge and ability in client relations
Experience working with a sales team, but with the capability to deliver individual targets
