Job Description
Develop marketing strategies for products & services
Work closely with the sales team on program development and implementation
Create and execute lead generation programs
Analyze data to determine campaign efficiency
Ensure creative marketing materials undergo regular review and adhere to brand guidelines
Develop and communicate marketing plans, campaign results and project recommendations to senior management team
Finds ways to sell products in the face of a down market
Researches client base to find new types of customers and sells to them accordingly
Creates a plan for gaining customers and then retaining them based on warranties or guarantees
Analyzes and creates a plan for engaging the target market
Analyzes the competition to create a plan for engagement
Makes product appeal to the target market
Ensure that all sales targets are met within the quota during a given period
Demonstrates superior time management skills and meets sales deadlines
Qualifications/Skills
Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Marketing, Advertising or related discipline
Minimum of 3-5years’ experience in Sales or Marketing
Strong organization and prioritization skills
Must be proficient and strong understanding of MS Office programs
Ability to work well in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Excellent analytical, verbal communication and presentation skills
