Responsibilities:
The Sales Manager is primarily responsible for sales administration function. He/she will advise senior management on maximising business relationships and creating an environment where customer service can flourish. Other responsibilities are:
Formulate and implement strategic and tactical sales and marketing plans.
Implement policies and procedures for achievement of sales targets
Building strong client relationships and ensuring optimal client service
Present and sell company products and services to existing and potential customers
Identify new sales opportunities and provide consultative support
Maintain standards for displaying and merchandising new and old items in the store
Coordinating appropriate supply of items
Maintain responsibility for full sales cycle, from opportunity identification through to negotiation and close of sale
Qualification and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree
Minimum of five years experience with at least two years in a supervisory sales role, preferably in a similar industry.
Strong negotiation skills
Communication skills (both written and verbal)
Good Interpersonal skills
