Sales Manager Quality Assurance

Job Overview

We are looking for a results-driven Sales Manager to oversee and grow the sales of our fresh and frozen poultry products. The ideal candidate will develop sales strategies, build strong relationships with clients, and lead a high-performing sales team to expand our market share.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategies to grow fresh and frozen poultry product sales.
Build and maintain relationships with retailers, distributors, and other stakeholders.
Identify new business opportunities and market trends to drive revenue growth.
Manage, train, and motivate a sales team to achieve targets.
Collaborate with the production and supply chain teams to ensure product availability and timely delivery.
Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Agriculture, or a related field.
5+ years of sales experience, with at least 3 years in the food or poultry industry.
Knowledge of fresh and frozen poultry markets in Nigeria.
Strong leadership, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
