Sales Manager -Production Solution

Job Description

Eunisell Limited is seeking a dynamicand results-drivenSales Personnel to join our Production Solutions team.
This role is critical to driving revenue growth and fostering strong relationships with clients in the oil and gas sector.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales within the oil and gas industry, and operational background in well services or production systems, and the ability to connect with key decision-makers in International Oil Companies (IOCs) and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, focusing on their operational needs and challenges.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, particularly with IOCs and other major players in the oil and gas industry.
Collaborate with internal teams to align client needs with company offerings in well services and production systems.
Provide market intelligence and feedback to support product development and positioning.
Represent Eunisell at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to showcase the company’s capabilities.

Qualifications

A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and business development within the oil and gas industry.
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
Operational background in geosciences, reserve evaluation, well services, production systems, or related fields.
Proven ability to develop relationships with key decision-makers, with a strong network in IOCs being a significant advantage.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong analytical skills and a results-oriented approach to problem-solving.
