Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve revenue targets.
Identify and establish relationships with schools, universities, and professional institutions.
Sell MySchool’s suite of educational services, including online learning, scholarship programs, professional school prep courses, and VR classrooms.
Conduct market research to identify potential customers and industry trends.
Generate leads through networking, outreach, and digital engagement.
Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients.
Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations.
Negotiate contracts and close deals with educational institutions and other stakeholders.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns.
Monitor sales performance, track KPIs, and provide reports to leadership.
Provide feedback to product and development teams to improve MySchool’s offerings.
Ensure customer satisfaction and long-term client retention.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in sales, preferably in EdTech, SaaS, or education-related services.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Passion for education and technology is a plus.
