Major Responsibilities
Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to meet and exceed targets.
Address team challenges and ensure consistent performance.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to align sales initiatives with business goals.
Oversee the daily operations of the sales team, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
Track and analyze sales data to optimize performance.
Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape to adapt strategies accordingly.
Leverage CRM software and sales analytics tools to optimize sales processes and track performance metrics.
Requirements
B.Sc / HND Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any relevant field.
Proven experience in a Sales manager role, preferably in the Logistic/Transport firm and Financial institutions.
Strong communication, analytical, problem solving and Leadership skills.
Proficiency in CRM software, sales analytics tools, and other sales enablement technologies.
