Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the fishery segment
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
Identify new business opportunities and expand the company’s customer base
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services
Meet and exceed sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction
Work closely with the production team to ensure timely availability of catfish products.
Coordinate delivery schedules and logistics to meet customer expectations.
Ensure quality standards are met and communicated to customers.
Analyse market trends to identify demand patterns and sales opportunities.
Monitor competitors’ activities, pricing, and product offerings.
Provide feedback to management on market conditions and customer preferences.
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree in Aquaculture, Fisheries, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the fishery or agricultural industry
Strong understanding of the fishery business and its dynamics
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines efficiently and Willingness to travel within assigned territories to meet customers.
