Job Description
Receives, processes and verifies the accuracy of orders from Customers
Enters, updates and maintains daily sales activities and Customer information into sales database.
Communicates prices of products to customers and confirms payment made by Customers.
Introduces new products/items to customers
Responds to Customers inquiries, suggestions, complaints and other details by phone and e-mail.
Contacts and liaises with the Company’s warehouses, local and foreign offices for prices, goods and other issues relating to the marketing and sale of goods to customers.
Collaborates with sales and Marketing teams to effectively achieve organizational goals.
