Job Summary
The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving property sales, engaging potential clients, and developing long-term customer relationships to achieve revenue targets.
This role requires a highly motivated, results-oriented professional with a strong understanding of real estate sales strategies, negotiation techniques, and market dynamics.
Key Responsibilities
Proactively identify, engage, and convert potential clients through direct outreach, referrals, and digital marketing channels.
Develop and maintain a strong client network, providing expert guidance on property investments.
Negotiate and close property sales, ensuring seamless transaction processes while delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets, demonstrating a strong ability to drive revenue growth.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities for business expansion.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Competencies:
Minimum of 2+ years in sales, preferably within the real estate industry.
Bachelor’s degree or HND in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is an advantage.
Proven ability to close high-value deals, exceed targets, and generate revenue growth.
Strong persuasion, negotiation, and client engagement skills.
Understanding of property sales trends, investment strategies, and real estate regulations.
Ability to thrive under pressure, manage multiple clients, and adapt to market changes.
