Sales Executive (FINTECT/SMBA)

Remuneration: 200,000.00 NGN Monthly NET + %commission on revenue

Role Summary

A leading Fintech Company in Nigeria delivering seamless payment solutions is looking to hire smart & motivated Sales Executives (SMB) for the growth of the business through the acquisition of new (Small & Medium scale) Businesses/Merchants. The ideal candidate will be required to have a vast network of high-net-worth merchants & should have ample knowledge of the Payment Industry.

What you’ll do;

Generate new business, Identify specific prospects/partners to approach, communicate the specific value proposition for their business, and establish long-term, successful partnerships.
Ensure onboarded merchants meet up with the set business objectives around (transaction volume, value and revenue)
Carry out relationship management for converted leads to ensure merchant satisfaction and retention.
Collaborate with POS Field Associate to provide operational support to merchants to reduce downtime and resolve issues
Maintain full database of merchants in portfolio segment managed

Who you should be:

Have at least 2 years of experience in frontline sales in financial service, FMCG or other related industries.
A bachelor’s degree/HND holder from a reputable higher institution
Experienced and knowledgeable about the payment solution service provider
A strategic negotiator and strong communicator with a track record of closing big deals
