Sales Executive Executive Assistant

Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. 
The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, closing sales, and maintaining strong customer relationships. 
This role requires excellent communication skills, a persuasive approach, and the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

Responsibilities

Identify and generate new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities.
Present and promote products/services to prospective customers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms with clients.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies and campaigns.
Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions.
Provide regular reports on sales performance to management.

Qualifications

3-5 years’ quota carrying sales experience
Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems
Demonstrable track record of over-achieving quota
Strong written and verbal communication skills
IT Services and IT Consulting.
